POSTAGE IS CHARGED AS BOOKS ARE DISPATCHED.
We will send out as many books as possible in each dispatch to keep postal costs down, ie. if you have ordered 15 books in total and 4 of them are published in June, we will send these 4 out together. Unfortunately we cannot hold entire orders spread over several months to send out as one shipment and we have found that our customers prefer to receive their books at regular intervals as they become avaliable . Postage is only charged to the customer at the rate it costs us.
DELIVERY TIMES
We are a mail order business only and do not have stock on hand. We receive our stock promptly from our suppliers, American titles ordered by Monday are received that Friday, UK stock arrives within a week to 10 days.
UK: All parcels are sent 2nd class post under 2kg, or by courier (3-5 working days) if over 2kg.Please specify when ordering if you have other postal requirements ie 1st class or 24 hour delivery etc.
EUROPE & THE REST OF THE WORLD: All parcels are collected by courier within the UK (except parcels for Germany & parcels under 2kg for Norway, Sweden & Finland - these are sent via the UK postal service) & are then delivered by each countries postal system.
