In the Dead of Night

Lost in the mist in the Lake District, the lives of six strangers become entwined when they seek shelter within a deserted old house. All are running from different things ? Amanda from a murder charge; City Boy Mark from financial ruin; Jilly from something she dare not confront; Angus and Dawn from his wife. The house has been recently occupied. The lights are on, a fire still burns, there's a half-eaten meal on the table. But then they discover that the phone is dead and the TV cable has been sliced through.
